Rares
I was quite happy with the rares I pulled, being:

Lasyd Prowler
We should probably play this just for the 4 mana 5/5 body and some upside when it gets into the graveyard. Nevertheless, the renew ability needs you to have lands in the graveyard which is something you will actively need to pursue.
Lotuslight Dancers
Lotuslight Dancers allows you to search cards in your library, and to put those cards into your graveyard. So for some synergy you might want to look out for some cards with harmonize or renew. This synergizes somewhat with the Lasyd Prowler, however putting it into the graveyard without any lands in there will not be really worth it.
Kotis, the Fangkeeper
Well this is a 2/1 indestructible for 4 mana, at least it will be able to block targets. Might be an ideal target to put some counters on so that it becomes larger. And getting in with more power, allows you to exile more cards from your opponents library and potentially gets you to play a lot of his cards without paying any costs.
Marang River Regent
Not sure if I’m wild on the Omen of this card. It sure allows you to draw three and discard a card. But isn’t 4 mana a bit too much for this effect? So I would consider the omen just an upside to the card. The creature part with 6 mana is great as a finisher, a 6/7 flyer which bounces 2 of your opponents creatures.
Herd Heirloom
I think this is a mana rock which you certainly would like to have to cast your big creature spells. Its also mana of any color. On the other hand, you can only cast those creature spells.
Fangkeeper’s Familiar
4 mana for a 3/3 body with flash, with lots of options. I guess you wanna play this one.
Removal package
So I definitely wanted to play this sultai based rares. And had a look to the removal package I had available in these colors with Caustic Exhale and Worthy Cost in black. Since my deck wouldn’t make any sacrifice fodder, I decided against including Worthy Cost in my deck. The Caustic Exhale feels like a no-brainer. Cheap 1 mana instant-speed removal when you behold a dragon. Green also provided Piercing Exchales, which goes just fine with the Sultai devotee’s deaththouch. In blue we had the typical counterspell with Dispelling Exhale.
First deck
The deck I’ve put together was the following
games
Game 1 - WIN
Hanging by a threat… Last lifepoint remaining, but Kotis swinging in unchallenged for 5 power! Thanks for the free spells opponent! WIN!
Game 2 - WIN
Fairly easy win with Marang River Regent clearing out the last 2 remaining blockers from my opponent, allowing me to get in for the 6 remaining points of damage.
Game 3 - WIN
Here, a Kishla Skimmer with 2 counters allowed me to get in systematically for 4. Whereas the Lotuslight Dancers were held back to block and absorping the aggression from my opponent.
Game 4 - WIN
A well timed snakeskin veil on Stalwart Successor allowed it to grow to a 5/4, providing a decently stated body, for which my opponent then used his Molten Exhale to get rid of it. In the end, Marang was sufficient to get me another win.
Game 5 - LOSS
This game started with the Humbling Elder in hand. But I don’t get what I was hoping to do with it. My opponent certainly had a pay-off with Wingblade Disciple for this cheap creature through a albeit niche “cast your 2nd spell each turn” theme. I guess he might have used it to grow Anafenza as well by flahing it in, using it as a chump blocker and potentially get some upside by shrinking an opponent’s atatcking creature. Opponent’s Fleeting Effigy certainly did aid in his “cast your 2nd spell each turn” as well, a 1R creature that kept bouncing back to his hand.

Lacking removal for this Wingblade Disciple certainly cost me this game. My opponent’s board got wider and wider. Finally running me over with his 1/1 birds.
Game 6 - WIN
Here the Caustic Exhale came at the right moment, removing my opponent’s creature and negating the Champion of Dusan’s Renew ability. I guess this was the turning point of the game.
Game 7 - LOSS
My internet disconnected, sadly it was our ISP that was down so I wasn’t able to quicly reconnect… Game LOSS!
After this game, the deck was revisited and replaced some cards.
As a lessons learned, I should probably reevaluate the cards in my deck a lot earlier. Humbling Elder is clearly not something I should be playing. A 1/2 creature that just gives another creature -2/0 for a turn? Not sure what I was thinking to put it in the original deck!
I wanted to try the dispelling Exhales so I’ve added a bit more dragons in the deck, being the Kheru Goldkeepers and Sagu Wildling. With more dragons in the deck, the Enroaching Dragonstorm tempted me to give it a go.
Game 8 - LOSS
Sadly the game didn’t go as planned. I kept a 3-lander hand with some spells starting on 4 mana. I guess I should have mulled it, anyway, this ended up to be the 3rd loss… Something else that made me loose this game is missing the removal for his 5/3 unblockable creature.
Conclusion
Missing removal certainly cost me a couple of games. Feel free to review my deckbuilding and game and drop me a note in the comments below (as soon as I activate the possibility to give some feedback :))
